The flat rate covers the move from the agreed strata staging point to your unit, so we scope the driveway layout, the elevator lobby, and the interior turns at quote time. Barnston View Road and the commercial spine

Barnston View Road is the commercial spine of the neighbourhood, running through the master-planned development with shops and services at ground level. The Stomping Grounds Cafe & Bistro and KrunChicken sit at 10931 Barnston View Road. The South Bonson Community Centre and Pitt Meadows Art Gallery are at 10932 Barnston View Road. Airport Way sits a few blocks north, and Harris Road runs out to Lougheed Highway. The City asks you to allow up to 15 business days for the application to be reviewed, so this is not a same-week item. Section 10 of the same bylaw keeps any vehicle over 15.00 m off a highway between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m., and if the truck assigned to your move falls in that range we schedule around the window. The Osprey Village parking lot has 78 stalls with a four-hour limit Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Marked parking on Barnston View Road carries a two-hour limit Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fraser Way and Bonson Road fall under the 72-hour rule, and enforcement is active only in the timed stretch.
