The defining feature of this location is the direct connection to the Port Coquitlam Community Recreation Complex. The pedestrian plaza is a shared space for residents, visitors, and anyone heading to the pool or the rink. With about 364 homes sharing the building's elevators, availability tightens near the end of the month. You book the elevator through your strata or property manager; buildings only take reservations from residents.
