One Burrard Place is a 54-storey residential tower at 1289 Hornby Street, on the downtown side of Yaletown. Reliance Properties developed it, IBI Group and Bing Thom Architects designed it, and at 550 feet it was the tallest residential building in Vancouver when it finished in 2022. The address register lists about 389 homes. A move here comes down to two things that have to line up: the service elevator, and a place to put a truck on a block that has very little spare curb.
Two addresses, one building
The tower occupies the block between Hornby and Burrard at Drake, and it answers to both streets: 1289 Hornby Street and 1290 Burrard Street. Strata forms, listings, and delivery apps do not agree on which to use.
