About 428 homes share the service elevator, and reservations near month end go early. You book the window through the concierge or the building manager, Dexter Property Management. We do not book it for you. We tell you exactly how long a window your inventory needs, then schedule the crew to match it. Everything is wrapped and padded inside your home before the window opens, so the booked time is spent carrying furniture, not packing boxes in the living room.

The curb at Richards and Robson

Richards Street and Robson Street are busy downtown curbs, and a truck cannot simply wait for a gap. We confirm the building's loading arrangement with the concierge before move day and plan the truck position around it. If the move needs street space, we sort that out before the crew arrives. The crew comes with the access plan and goes straight to the entrance the building uses for moves.

Vancouver City Centre SkyTrain station is steps away, and Seymour Street and Georgia Street connect the tower to the rest of the downtown grid. Moves from Telus Garden head to other downtown and Yaletown towers, over the bridges to Kitsilano and Mount Pleasant, or out to Burnaby.
